Great list! The company that my husband works for is trying to get their employees to start using an instant messenger to help improve communications between each other and with their clients. He and a lot of his co-workers aren't too happy about the thought of IM windows popping up all day long while they are trying to write code. I suggested that he recommend using Twitter instead. I'm definitely going to forward this post to him so that he can show his boss. Thanks!
